Cannabis Wholesale Representative
We are an Oklahoma based state licensed cannabis distribution company that provides premium cannabis products to retailers across the state. Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Rep / Brand Ambassador with demonstrated experience in outside sales. Ideal candidates will be adaptive to an evolving market and work well in a fast-paced, high volume startup environment. In this role you, will be part of a small team focused on client management and growth throughout the state. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and ownership group and will require experience within the legal cannabis market.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with licensed dispensary partners
- Track and report market trends and product sales
- Provide strategic insights on sales strategy
- Develop and exceed key performance indicators
- Be a consistent available point of contact for clients; coordinate expectations and logistics with distribution team to ensure seamless deliveries of product
- Expand services used by clients
Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of sales or account management in the cannabis market
- Performance-driven, self-starter mentality
- Exceptional communication and customer relations skills
- Comfortable and excited to work in a quickly evolving startup environment
- Ability to adapt and maintain a positive attitude within an evolving market
- Results oriented, experience in a high-volume logistics environment strongly preferred
- Experience with CRMs and customer-management platforms
- Ability to dynamically manage time and prioritize workload
- Ability to think strategically and act independently, while also working well within a larger team
- Leaflink experience is a plus
- Some travel may be required
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive commission structure
- 1099 Contractor: Draw Based commission.
