Job Summary:
The Harvest Assistant:
- Ensures that all cannabis plants are harvested according to Treestar’s SOP
- Ensures a superior customer experience by facilitating each stage of the harvest process from the field to a finished product
Job Scope:
Operates with direct supervision from management. Follows established policies and procedures.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures accuracy and compliance in all actions;
- Performs the required duties to record all plant/product movement in accordance with state and local laws and regulations;
- Remains informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations and industry news;
- Maintains established standards of plant care and compliance;
- Coordinates with management to ensure all stages of harvest are being executed properly;
- Communicates the details of daily operations to management;
- Remains up to date with and responds promptly to internal communications;
- Assists with all procedures related to harvest and propagation;
- Accurate data entry and record keeping;
- Maintains a compliant, clean, and organized facility;

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Operates with direct supervision from Intake Manager and Executive Management. Follows established policies and procedures, contributes to the development of new concepts, policies and procedures as necessary to perform job duties and tasks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acts as a secondary point of contact for our vendors;
- Assists the drop of samples and test results;
- Assists with ordering of cannabis products, clothing and accessories;
- Creates purchase orders to send to vendors;
- Reviews payment terms and collaborates with the Executive Management Team to determine further action;
- Works as budtender when floor coverage is needed
- Assists with METRC transfers and scheduling of transfer meetings;
