Cannabis jobs at Top Shelf Botanicals - Oklahoma

Full-time temporary work Monday - Friday.
Interviews will be held immediately and qualified applicants may be requested to be able to start the next day with availability to work the required days and times.
This position is ideal for experienced trimmers.
This position will be temp to hire with the possibility of becoming permanent based on the quality of work you are able to provide.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a positive attitude and be ready to work
• Must work well with others
• Must be on time and work regularly scheduled hours
• Must be motivated
• Commercial cannabis trimming experience is a plus!
• You are trustworthy and hardworking
• Able to lift 30-50lbs
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency
• Six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in commercial cannabis growing, cultivating,

and/or trimming, preferred

• Knowledge of marijuana plant anatomy and strains preferred
• Ability to focus on the task for a long period of time
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately weighing and recording all wet trim weights
• Removing large fan leaves and branches using hands
• Manually trim marijuana plants using shears, scissors, hands, etc.
• Can hand trim 1- 2 lbs. of finished flower per day.
• Keep workstation and surrounding area clean and organized.
• Assist with harvesting and possible tasks in cultivation.
• Organize and separate bins as directed.
• Handle critiques and improve as directed.

Salary: $14 - $17 per hours

Experience:

• relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cannabis Trimming: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mead, OK 73449: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Greenhouse & Nursery Growers: 1 year (Preferred)
