Toobs Distribution Inc is seeking hardworking motivated outside sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and work as part of a team.

Toobs Distribution is a wholesale distributor for smoke shops and dispensaries. We carry name brand hard-good products that shops carry such as rolling papers, blunt wraps, grinders, glass pipes, torches, and many more accessories. We also manufacture a wide variety of custom products.

Pay:

• Hourly + Commission

Here at Toobs Distribution we're willing to train/shape you into the ideal sales rep. We're primarily looking for a very hard working, and motivated employee that fits the team. Having the experience bellow would be a huge plus.

Preferred Experience :

• Familiar with phone sales and face to face sales
• Computer skills
• Previous experience within the smoke shop and cannabis industry

You will be expected to:

• Generate a sales pipeline through walk in lead generation and follow ups
• Become familiarized with the wide variety of products we carry and other brand name products within the smoke shop/cannabis industry
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong business relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Actively listening to clients
• Maintain strong time management
• Handling objection and how to properly respond within certain scenarios
• Staying organized and following lead
• Attend trade shows out of state if presence is needed

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 8am-4:00pm
• Occasional trade shows
