Highland Oil Company - A Grover Beach Manufacturing facility, is looking for hardworking employees interested in entering the cannabis industry. Some of the duties would include producing vape pen cartridges, processing pre-rolls, packaging sauce etc.

All who are interested must pass a local and federal background check. It is an intense process that includes fingerprints and in-person interview by the Grover Beach Police Department.

We will be hiring multiple employees. Job descriptions are below.

The work is straight forward and repetitive but requires accuracy. Training is provied. Work environment is casual and much of the work can be done while listening to music, books, podcasts etc. Come be a part of our young fast-growing company!*

Tasks:
* Product Assembly
-Assembling and packaging different products - all products are lightweight but some require many steps whereas some are very basic.
-Product assembly must be done to very high standards and efficiency.

* Boxing units
-All assembled units are packed into boxes that ship to multiple contracted facilities.
*-Must build and label boxes appropriately.

This is an employment opportunity with a budding cannabis facility and multiple contracted partners. Duties and opportunity may change while we continue to scale up our facility. Help assisting in the day to day duties is the main objective to achieve projected completion dates.*

Pay-
$15+ depending on experience. Again, this is a new company with large aspirations, and the possibilities are endless. We are truly a family. Come work hard and grow with our company!
