We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage Dispensary and White label prospects. You will provide complete product information, Sales Book, Sales Support, sample set and appropriate Compliance guidance for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
The Sales Staff will come on board of a Legal Cannabis Brand (New) with Distribution, Cultivation and Manufacturing Operations. The Company is in process of building multiple locations with Main Facility out of Adelanto built and running. You as the sales person will be able to operate from Home or from our Sales Offices. As a new well Financed company we will be building and acquiring multiple brands as we grow.
98 Leaf will support our Sales Staff with Bonuses for exceptional sales, Stipend for First 3 months and Benefits once you meet the 90 day trial period. We also will offer multiple ways to advance in the company as you grow your sales and develop your talents in this business. We also will be building a full Sales Support staff including accounting, Risk Assessment and Distribution Transport service.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Prospect new Dispensaries and White label clients during the week and work with Marketing side of the company to schedule Dispensary Events.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Weekly Sales Meeting with Owner and top Management of all departments of the company.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- High School Level of education
- 21 Years or Older is a must.
- For Sales People with already established network of Dispensaries and White Label Business we are looking for Sales Team managers to hire .

Pay: $32,512.00 - $200,000.00 per year
