Immediately hiring Full-Time Sales Representatives to join our team! We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage retail prospects. This position is a great opportunity for candidates with the entrepreneurial spirit and an understanding of strategic account management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficient negotiation tactics, and basic understanding of Cannabis, CBD, and Hemp. In this role you will play a major hand in expanding our customer base within the US marketplace. You must be able to thrive in a quick sales cycle environment and must be comfortable making 40+ calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. This position is ideal for applicants who enjoy providing exquisite customer service to each guest while positively contribute to our team culture! Responsibilities
- Quickly learning our brand and products inside and out in order to assist
- Controlling full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Making quality prospecting calls on a continual basis including cold calls and emails, while also responding to inbound emails and calls from new and existing customers with excellent customer service.
- Maintaining all sales activity, including customer information, appointments and opportunity information.
- Identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products.
- Developing strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- Responding to customer needs, questions, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Achieving sales goals by exceeding monthly and weekly sales & activity targets (the more you sell, the greater you’ll earn).
- Coordinating with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Be flexible in adapting to change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ideally 1-3 years of experience in professional phone sales or relevant experience.
- Desire and passion to learn about our brand, our products and the CBD/hemp industry to educate current and potential customers.
- Ability to make 40+ calls per day.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (friendly, personable, confident, positive personality).
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Deadline and detail-oriented, self-motivated, results oriented, consistently drives to exceed customer expectations.
- Time management and organization skills, including the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Operates effectively in a high energy, fast paced team environment.
- Reliable means for transportation.
- Cannabis, CBD and/or Hemp sales experience considered a strong asset but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
