Full Job Description
We bring banking and financial services to the cannabis industry and cannot keep up with the current demand for our services.
We are seeking applicants to fill available territories in cannabis friendly states.
Candidates will need either a strong sales or cannabis industry background.
Job Summary:
The position involves calling recreational, medical and delivery dispensaries to introduce them to much needed financial products and services.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fluid, dynamic startup environment, passionate about the Cannabis industry and will bring an energetic, fun, and creative approach to their work.
Job duties:
ï‚· Identify and build a pipeline of potential clients / customers, initiate and manage prospects through the sales pipeline and close opportunities
ï‚· Ability to create, maintain and build professional relationships and rapport with clients and business allies
ï‚· Seek out and target new customers : initiate action plan to approach and secure new business
ï‚· Deepen existing business relationships through client satisfaction and attention to client success
ï‚· Achieve revenue targets according to company goals
ï‚· Monitor competition by gathering market intelligence on pricing and products
ï‚· Travel within sales territory with ease
Qualifications and Education :
ï‚· Minimum 1 year of sales in the cannabis Industry or Minimum 2 - 4 years proven track record in business-to-business sales
ï‚· Previous team development and management experience a plus
ï‚· Excellent interpersonal skills
ï‚· Innovative and able to think outside of the box to maximize opportunities and exceed expectations
ï‚· Track record of being a top performer, with a proactive, get it done approach
ï‚· Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
Working Environment :
ï‚· Maintain flexible hours / schedule
ï‚· Ability to work in fast paced startup environment
Compensation:
This is a 1099 contractor position. The compensation plan is a compounding residual income stream. This is a one in a hundred opportunity for the right individual.
