Retail PLUS Position

Siskiyou Sungrown is seeking a new employee to join our team. We are an organic cannabis & hemp company headquartered in Grants Pass. We are seeking a dynamic person to join our retail sales and fulfillment team at our downtown CBD store and to provide additional support to our administrative team. The right candidate has a good knowledge base for herbal medicine, cannabis and CBD, exceptional customer service skills, great attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and experience with retail. We are looking for a fresh, positive, easy going person to join us and to help our office function efficiently while helping our CBD customers.

Retail and Fulfillment Job Duties:

• Help customers find a CBD solution for their needs
• Hold a strong knowledge of Siskiyou Sungrown products suite both cannabis and CBD
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, in person, and email
• Process payments and work with POS system cash register
• Clean and restock the store
• Conduct all opening and closing duties
• Use upselling techniques in order to increase store sales
• Packaging and processing orders for shipment
• Assist on projects from other departments

Retail + Admin Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced customer service skills
• Basic math skills
• The ability to use a cash register
• Strong level of professionalism at work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience in dealing with difficult customers
• Microsoft office skills
• Ability to learn and operate basic office technology and software

Our retail store is open Monday - Saturday from 10am - 4pm. Shifts are typically split between two employees. This is a part time position that will ideally be a 6 hour shift, 3 days a week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Our retail space is currently operating through a drive through window to minimize exposure. We regularly clean and sanitize the entire facility with a focus on high touch areas.
