The Manager needs to have the ability to work in a high-stress environment, have a passion for cannabis, enjoy working with people, pass a background check, and obtain a HIPAA certification. The Store Manager leads his/her team in its day-to-day operations. The manager’s main responsibility is to coordinate and facilitate transactions of the store. The manager must maintain records, facilitate contact with vendors, embrace employee and client education, and understand marketing. The store manager helps train new employees, helps decide which products to carry, and assist in determining best pricing based on market conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Implement all operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
· Manage, supervise, and direct the activities of all assigned staff and make recommendations regarding hiring, dispute resolution, disciplining, terminating, and advancing employees.
· Implement company policies and ensure staff adhere to best practices.
· Manage and inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer service and experience.
· Review employee performance regularly and maintain employee records.
· Ensure safety and satisfaction of all customers and employees (including information covered by HIPAA).
· Ensure ongoing staff education on medical and recreational cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
· Ensure the security, quality, and presentation of product.
· Assist in development of budgets and sales forecasts.
· Fulfill staffing needs and coordinate employee scheduling.
· Liaise with Law enforcement, vendors, landlords, and local community as needed.
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of all strains, and products in store inventory as well as industry-wide product and trend knowledge.
· Clear and consistent communication with Operations Manager, Retail General Manager, Assistant, Key Holders, and staff.
· Provide coverage if short staffed either by calling in employees or covering shift himself/herself.
· Other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Minimum 21 years of age
· Minimum one year cannabis retail experience
· Bachelor’s degree and/or three to five years’ retail management experience
· Proficient with basic software (i.e., Microsoft Office)
· Pervious purchasing, inventory and control experience required (including spoilage)
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent time management
· Ability to work independently or with others
· Ability to multi-task
· Self-driven
· Ability to accurately count cash
· Knowledgeable in BioTrack and other cannabis programs/software
· Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
· Conduct monthly meetings with staff and attend bi-weekly manager meetings.

- Ability to multi-task and work under stressful conditions.
- Work varying hours with little notice, including weekends, evenings, and holidys as required. (This is not a Monday through Friday job).
- Handle difficult and/or sensitive situations using tactful, appropriate, and effective communication.
- Provide a work environment free from harassment (of any kind) and all illegal and discriminatory behavior

The Key Holder will support the Store Manager in ensuring that all daily operating procedures are performed as required while promoting a company image of excellence through a strong work ethic, leadership by example, and the consistent delivery of impeccable customer service and store visual presentation. The Key Holder will also maximize sales through the development and supervision of sales staff. The key Holder is also responsible for ensuring transactions are carried out in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Looking for individuals to work full-time, part-time, nights, and weekends. Having extensive cannabis product knowledge is a plus but we will train new employees so they can guide customers/patients to the appropriate medical or recreational product.

Education/Training/Requirements:
· Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
· Minimum 2 years cashier or retail experience
· Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
· Minimum 21 years of age
· Proficient knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
· Proficient in BioTrack and other cannabis programs/software

Looking for individuals to work full-time, part-time, nights, days, and weekends. Having extensive cannabis product knowledge is a plus but we will train new employees so they can guide customers/patients to the appropriate medical or recreational product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Greet customers, check IDs, and properly check medical patients and/or recreational customers into the BioTrak system.
· Keep track of register drawer and balance at the end of the shift.
· Deliver exceptional customer service
· Keep patients’ information confidential and secure as required by HIPAA
· Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
· Answer customer questions and concerns
· Meet and exceed sales goals
· Ensure compliance in all transactions
· Keeping track of station’s inventory, verifying before and after shift
· Completing opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned
Education/Training/Requirements:
· Two years’ customer service experience
· Minimum one year cash handling or retail experience
· Must be 21 years of age or older
· Impeccable customer service skills
· Ability to work alongside other employees
· Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID
