Root Origins™ is a fully licensed, 6-year old, Oregon-based Industrial Hemp pioneer that is committed to establishing hemp as a foundation to community health and economic stability. We produce a full line of hemp-derived CBD-rich products, smokable flower, pre-roll/cigarillos, and more.

We are looking for dependable, ambitious people to work out of our company headquarters in Roseburg, Oregon. Applicants will start training in the Trimming Department at $13-18/hour with plenty of room to advance into other roles as we continue to expand.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· Personal integrity & blunt honesty

· Experience with flower (Cannabis or Hemp) highly desirable

· Good Eyes to see stems, seeds, leaves

· Good hands and wrists

· Able to sit and/or stand hours at a time

· Health-conscious & attention to cleanliness

· Attention to work detail and personal improvement

· Accountable to the clock and deadlines

· Work well with others

· Commitment to QUALITY & COMPLIANCE (following the law & company procedures)

· LOVE & RESPECT for the power of Hemp to heal the nation

We will gladly consider a "pay by the pound" method for experienced trimmers!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overtime
• Weekends
