Job Description

The Vape Industry Sales Representative is a results driven position that executes highly specific customer acquisition and product growth objectives. The Vape Industry Sales Representative is the designated “hunter” of the sales organization and are directly accountable for the successful prospecting, lead management, and acquisition of new customers. Accountable for driving the comprehensive growth and development of Realize products including Realize Hemp Drinks and Pow Pow Gummies. This role will work directly with company founders to ensure KPI attainment, market share growth, profitability and customer satisfaction are maximized at all times.
· Interface directly with Hubspot CRM, Shopify and Google Suite in the process of customer acquisition and lead management.

· Phone calls, Zoom and email customer leads
· Maintain critical key account relationships with distributors across the US.
· Maintain comprehensive product knowledge at all times and travel as needed to secure new business and present products to lead executives.
· Communicate consistently and effectively with purchasing managers and owners.
· Contribute to the overall success and continued evolution of Realize by creatively adding value to the organization whether indicated within these job duties or not.
· Actively building relationships with current and new customer accounts.

Requirements Include
- Experience in the alternative product industry as Business development, Sales Rep or in other sales/customer service roles
- Experience with CRM software/tools, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc
- Knowledge of MS Office and Mac
- Proficient in emailing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of hemp/cannabis
- Organizational and time-management skills
