We’re looking for a team player, who can visually tell stories and an exceptional multi-tasker that drives flawless and speedy execution.
You will be on a part of our aggressive and rewarding sales team handling both outbound and inbound leads, generating leads, and managing multiple wholesale accounts on a few of our brands. You will have the opportunity to step up into Account Executive handling a team of associates underneath you.

This position is responsible for prospecting for new client opportunities as well as maintaining and growing an existing customer base. We are looking for strong candidates for the position; innovative go-getters that enjoy connecting with clients and aren’t afraid to step out of their comfort zone.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities:
- Must have ability to respond to customer inquiries and concerns as well as have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both inside and outside of the organization.
- Manage a high volume of calls and emails daily to sign up new members and solicit business from potential clients
- Identify potential clients using advertising campaigns, various lists including email, personal contacts and cold calling techniques.
- Present QWIN products with genuine enthusiasm and understanding of technical knowledge
- Develops individual project plans, and manages key deliverables, activities and deadlines.
- Manage creation and presentation of solutions and quotes for prospective members
- Conducts research to resolve customer problems and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Learn, understand and follow QWIN sales processes and identify areas for improvement
- Build a strong, vertical-focused sales pipeline with or without inbound leads
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms
- Willingness to learn and gain an in-depth understanding of e-cigarette products and QWIN
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B Sales
- Be comfortable with making at least 60 calls a day (minimum 15 conversations)
- Must be proficient at Google apps. Needs to know best practices on how to navigate and utilize Google Apps (Gmail, Sheets, and Groups) efficiently
- Must be comfortable communicating over the phone.
- Must be efficient with time management and be organized
- Tech Savvy is a PLUS
- Experience in E-Cigarette/Cannabis Industry is a PLUS
