We are looking for a reliable, motivated lead medical cannabis cultivation agent to Lead and Supervise a team of cultivators in our indoor cultivation facility. You can expect to work 5 days or more a week for an 8-10 hour day. Duties include leading a group of cultivation agents, developing plans for a successful grow, cleaning, cloning, transplanting, propagating, potting, watering, defoliating, netting, spacing plants, applying foliage treatments, mixing nutrients, running hoses and pumps, operating grow lights, adjusting environmental settings, recording daily activities, harvesting, data entry for traceability, weighing, packaging, basic facility maintenance, ect. Applicants must have prior cannabis growing experience and leadership skills.
