Our client is a premier brand house and retail operator in the legal cannabis industry.
As the Head of Customer Experience, you will oversee the strategy, planning and execution of the organization’s overall customer experience goals. To be successful in this role you must be commercially minded with a thorough understanding of the market ideally. With extensive people management skills and a flare for world class customer experience, you will continuously strive to exceed our customers’ expectations.
What you’ll do:
· Coordinate across marketing, product, customer services and technology functions to ensure that they deliver customer centric experiences that drive customer engagement and retention
· You will be responsible for building customer loyalty by providing high quality, efficient, and scalable support. You care about influencing change at all levels in the organization to create a culture of putting the customer experience front and center.
· Lay down the framework to provide best in class customer service/experience at all retail locations and overall as a brand.
· Work with key stakeholders across commercial teams to understand the prioritization of changes to improve customer journeys
· Proactively provide high level trends of customer issues to key stakeholders with quantified impact on the business
· Define, refine and improve the customer journey
· Make a huge impact not only on the customer but also the company as a whole.
Who you are:
· You are an experienced leader with proven track record in customer success, consulting or other customer advisory services
· You are a visionary in service with a passion for creating customer value and the ability to lead transformational change
·You are a successful leader with proven experience in managing local and remote teams
· You are an excellent relationship builder, actively listening to customer needs, inspiring stakeholders to a new point of view, and accommodating constructive feedback along the way
· You are a hands-on problem solver and negotiator with an ability to take complex ideas and make them simple for customers through design and excellent communication
· You are a creator of value to the customer and understand how to integrate new trends into practical strategy
· You are successful at interacting with all levels of the organization and across a global cross-functional team with various viewpoints
· You have an excellent business sense and a "get it done" mentality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1.00 - $100,000.00 per year
