Pinnacle Stainless, LLC is the leading manufacturer of cannabinoid extraction equipment, designing and fabricating closed loop extraction systems, exclusively serving the cannabis and hemp industries. Located in Denver, CO, Pinnacle Stainless has national and international reach. We are looking for a highly qualified and passionate Sales Manager that can drive revenue by leveraging their leadership and sales acumen skills!
Scope:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the sales team by developing and implementing sales enablement tools, setting and monitoring goals, and developing and fostering relationships with coworkers, customers and distribution partners. With your extensive knowledge and relationship building skills, you will be the leader of growth into emerging markets.
Job Duties:
- Coach sales team and administer incentive programs
- Develop sales Metrics and KPI’s for sales team, clearly articulating priorities
- Support the sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, new product information, and relaying customer service requests
- Refine sales enablement tools, with a focus on HubSpot
- Develop internal training processes and materials
- New product sales launch strategy and execution
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop new products and services
- Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
- Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts
- Work directly with accounting and sales departments to ensure sales goals are on track and within budget
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience managing and growing a sales team
- Experience in B2B sales and marketing
- Experience using and implementing HubSpot or similar software
- Experience creating SOP’s, job aids, and enablement tools
- Knowledge of the cannabis and hemp industry markets
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry (experience in cannabinoid processing, cryogenics, food, or pharma)
- Knowledge of industrial scale capital equipment
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing/sales role
- 1-2 years’ experience managing a sales team
- Leads by example
- Positive, motivating management style that pushes your team to succeed
- College degree or sufficient experience
- Interest in working for a profitable and quickly growing, early stage company
Pay/Benefits: Pay is DOE (Base + Commission). Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) plan, PTO and holiday pay. Work/ Life balance in an energetic office in a fast-moving new industry.
