SUMMARY AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION:
Under the direction of the General Manager, security will monitor the daily operations for both internal and external theft. They will assist the dispensary in maintaining a safe environment for the staff and customers, as well as checking in of dispensary customers. The Security Officer will patrol the company property to prevent and deter theft and violence. Qualified applicants need a military or law enforcement background or extensive professional security experience and training.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ï‚· Work from a designated checklist to prevent and deter criminal activity and loss of assets

ï‚· Keeping up with communication and knowledge posted on Slack
ï‚· Assessing the security of the dispensary and identifying areas that need improvement
ï‚· Ensuring that security goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met
ï‚· Communicate with retail staff and management to maintain traffic flow, minimize wait times, and maximize customer sales and satisfaction
ï‚· Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles
ï‚· Clean the store and ensure products are properly displayed before the store opens
ï‚· Maintain the organization of the security station and dispensary entrance through daily upkeep
ï‚· Advise customers concerning particular products or services
ï‚· Organizing shift schedules for team members
ï‚· Assisting with dispensary tasks as necessary
ï‚· Handling customer issues and managing conflicts

SUMMARY AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION:
The Retail Budtender works with customers assisting them with products and cannabis knowledge. The Retail Budtenders are responsible for maintaining a photo-ready/ professional dress code,
upkeep of their workstation, current cannabis knowledge, and proper product organization skills. Retail Budtenders work with all departments/ personnel cooperatively to ensure customer efficiency. In interacting with customers, the Retail Budtender will assist in diffusing customer issues, communicating with upper management regarding customer complaints, build customer rapport, and other feedback. The Retail Budtender will assist in the opening and closing of the store, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store is always clean and presentable for guests. The Retail Budtender is responsible for counting the money in the register drawers, efficiently ringing out customers, and checking receipts for financial accuracy. SUMMARY AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION:
The Inventory Manager oversees the inventory space and employees. They evaluate deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures. The Inventory Manager analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages. The Inventory Manager manages schedules of employees, deliveries, and shipments to optimize operations. The Inventory Manager will act to ensure the strict adherence to all applicable policies, rules, regulations, or other standards required as a part of the Tribal Nation Flower Company Cannabis Commission. This will include implementing and monitoring policies, procedures, and internal controls related to respective compliance requirements in coordination with Management and other parties.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, implement and manage procedures to optimize inventory control
- Manage department supplies
- Define inventory KPIs and track them regularly
- Oversee daily operations of inventory, work to identify bottlenecks, and provide solutions for continuous improvements
- Proficiency in the use of inventory software to manage the department
- Create and maintain a schedule for inventory staff and manager
- Collaborate with Management to maintain policies, procedures, and activities about regulations set forth by the Cannabis Commission
- Develop and maintain a complete inventory of cannabis goods for retail
