Position Overview:
We are currently looking for full-time Kitchen Production Technicians for general assistance in the production and packaging of confections. This position is repetitive, and requires standing and walking for long periods of time, and working with high level production equipment and technology. It will also require a high attention to detail, extended periods of concentration, equipment maintenance, and teamwork. The right candidate will be hardworking, reliable, have a great attitude, and be able to work well with others as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of production, including but not limited to: accurately measuring ingredients, working with tempering and depositing machines, filling molds, mixing, equipment setup, breakdown, cleaning, and dishwashing.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility - including production areas, workstations, and equipment.
- Wrapping, packaging and labeling of finished confections.
- Maintain all documentation related to production with a strong attention to detail.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work from 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
- Reliability and punctuality is a must.
- Must be able to work well with others, as well as independently.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to maintain accuracy and consistency in packaging and record keeping.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
- Must remain in compliance with all local, state, federal, and internal policies and regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
Experience:
- Cooking/kitchen/confectionary experience is helpful, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Position Overview:
The Production Technician is responsible for consistent, sanitary and safe production and packaging of all products utilizing company, state, and federal policies to successfully uphold quality and consistency of all products produced. In this role, maintaining accuracy in weighing product, fulfilling product, labeling, and inventory is paramount. The Production Technician may also cross-train in other departments to assist in the production and preparation of confections, or basic facility upkeep/cleaning.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain clean workstations and tools necessary for weighing and packaging products.
- Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and packaging products with an emphasis on quality control.
- Maintain all documentation related to production with a strong attention to detail.
- Construct cartons and boxes used for packaging.
- Accurately apply labels to all products and maintain knowledge of labeling compliance.
- Monitor inventory and alerts management when supply levels are low.
- Assist in inventory counts and audits.
- Assist with daily cleaning responsibilities and facility upkeep.
- Position may also require for team members to be cross-trained to assist with duties outside of their department.
Qualifications:
- Must be punctual, and able to work from 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
- Must be able to work well with others as well as independently.
- Must possess the ability to learn and problem solve.
- Must be able to maintain accuracy and consistency in packaging and record keeping
- Must be able to take constructive criticism from managers to maintain high quality standards and production goals.
- Experience packaging, labeling, inventory management, and/or quality control (preferred, but not necessary).
- Must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
- Must remain in compliance with all local, state, federal, or internal policies and regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to occasionally lift or push items weighing up to 50 pounds (22 kg).
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Must be capable of frequent and repetitive hand movements.
- Must be able to bend, squat, crouch, kneel and walk intermittently throughout the day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
