PharmaCentra of Americus, GA, and its sister companies Concentra Solutions and CannabisBPO are looking to hire a full-time Remote HR Generalist - Recruiter to champion the recruiting efforts for our US and Canada contact center operations. This work-from-home position enjoys flexible schedules and a work-from-home environment. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FULL-TIME REMOTE HR GENERALIST - RECRUITER
As a Remote HR Generalist - Recruiter, you are on the front lines of what we do for the healthcare, contact center, and legal cannabis communities. You work with our hiring managers to find the perfect customer service representatives to facilitate services for our healthcare, contact center, and legal cannabis clients. You will develop and maintain the full cycle recruiting process, making adjustments as industry trends change. You will work with other HR team members on non-recruiting projects as needed.
You have the knowledge and resources to develop recruiting campaigns. You will work with the marketing team to execute recruiting strategies. You will work with the sales team and managers to forecast staffing needs. You keep accurate and detailed documentation about all your communication with candidates. You enjoy interacting with candidates and co-workers throughout your day and working independently.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REMOTE HR GENERALIST - RECRUITER
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field and 3+ years of experience in high volume recruiting, or High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in high volume recruiting
- Contact Center recruiting experience preferred
- Experience working with HCM system, preferably iSolved
- Experience working with ATS, preferably iHire
- Working knowledge of EEO rules and regulations
- Prior work-from-home experience preferred
- Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office
- Ability to pass a criminal history check
- Excellent customer service skills

FULL-TIME HR GENERALIST - RECRUITER WORK SCHEDULE
You will need to be available to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, Monday Friday. There may be times when you will need to work outside of the normal schedule, including weekends. This is a work-from-home position.

As a Remote Client Ambassador, you are on the front lines of what we do for the legal cannabis community. You initiate various inbound and outbound calls to promote sales and customer service within the cannabis industries. You reach out by phone, email, or chat, always delivering the exceptional contact center services that we are known for. You understand that it can be stressful and always show the utmost professionalism.
You have the knowledge and resources necessary to resolve most questions on your own and support from your team is always available. In any case, you know how to make sure that clients always know that they are in good hands and you truly care. With your professionalism and superior listening skills, you turn every interaction into a positive one. You keep accurate and detailed documentation about all your communication with customers. You enjoy interacting with people throughout your day and feel good about providing exceptional contact center service on behalf of our valued clients!
This is a temporary position, but may lead to a permanent position, based on sales success.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REMOTE CLIENT AMBASSADOR
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently in a quiet and private work-from-home environment where high-speed internet is maintained
- Previous sales experience
- Knowledge of the legal cannabis industry
- One year of customer service or call center experience
- Time management and organizational skills
- Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office Suite
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent customer service skills

FULL-TIME CONTACT CENTER WORK SCHEDULE
Because most of our departments operate 24/7, we offer flexible work schedules for both full-time and part-time call center positions. Full-time employees can expect to work 40 hours per week. This position will work Monday through Friday, 1pm 9pm (EST). This is a work-from-home call center position.
