The Role
We are looking for people passionate about both success and the product to join our Fulfillment Team to process top quality cannabis products produced. Being detail oriented, a team player, and good at communicating is the name of the game on the Fulfillment Team. A desire to analyze your own work under a microscope and make adjustments on the fly is a plus! This role requires consistent collaboration with our experienced Fulfillment and Sales teams to deliver best in class products.
Responsibilities
- Weigh and package cannabis products for sale including but not limited to flower, prerolls, & concentrates
- Prepare orders for shipment to dispensaries including applying stickers to packages and sorting orders according to shipping manifests
- Timely completion of work per schedule and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow
- Communicate with support teams and management continuously regarding product and trim quality
- Keep documented logs and notes of product to help the Grow Team and Sales Team continuously improve our product and processes
- Maintain a clean workspace at all times by regularly sanitizing tools and equipment to ensure sanitary practices
- Use PPE as required: gloves, scrubs
- Perform all other duties as necessary and any additional duties assigned by your supervisor/manager as needed

The Role
We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our Maintenance and Construction Team to maintain our grow rooms and grow facility equipment. We are constantly improving designs and rebuilding systems; a desire to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, design improvements, and update the systems per the new design are a plus! This role requires collaboration with an experienced team of growers to deliver best in class grow systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist with grow room and grow facility buildout activities
- Timely completion of work per schedule & maintenance requests
- Assist in grow room and overall facility equipment preventative maintenance inspections including but not limited to PVC and PEX plant irrigation and drainage systems, HVAC, dehumidification, humidification, LED/HPS grow lighting, gas heaters, doors, ceilings, facility roof, facility lighting, security systems, and low voltage control wiring
- Troubleshoot facility issues as they arise, come up with solutions, and implement solutions
- Work requires working near high voltage wiring for LED/HPS grow lights and dehumidification, but not directly with high voltage wiring
- Electrical work includes low voltage wiring for thermostat, humidistat, and other control devices
- Handle emergency service calls after business hours or on weekends as needed
- Work with vendors as needed including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and plumbing
- Keep documented logs and notes of inspections done, work completed, and vendor interactions
- Maintain an inventory list of spare parts to avoid any downtime due to equipment failures
- Move equipment, tools, or supplies between properties as required
- Run errands as required, including picking up supplies at various stores or vendors, and maintain detailed record keeping of receipts
- Touch up dry-wall as needed, including painting, and some wood trim
- Use protective ear-wear, eye-wear, and steel toe shoes when necessary
- Perform all other duties as necessary and any additional duties assigned by your supervisor/manager
Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- 1-3 years of facility maintenance and or production maintenance. HVAC knowledge is a plus.

The Role
We are looking for people passionate about both success and the product to join our Grow Team to take ownership of grow rooms and care for plants on a daily basis. Being goal driven, detail oriented and good at communicating is the name of the game on the Grow Team. A desire to analyze your own work under a microscope and make adjustments on the fly is a plus! This role requires consistent collaboration with other experienced growers and a support team such as sprayers and maintenance technicians to deliver best in class products.
Responsibilities
- Own flower rooms and maintain plant health through daily check-ins, evaluation of plant health and happiness, spot watering of plants, canopy management, and making adjustments to room environment or grow process as needed
- Monitor and maintain irrigation system including nutrient mixing, monitoring of nutrient EC, pH, and temperature, and adjusting auto irrigation cycle as needed
- Complete regular plant maintenance as needed including but not limited to popping, topping, defoliating, and weaving
- Communicate with support teams and management continuously regarding plant happiness, pest outbreaks, and equipment issues (irrigation, tables, lights, etc.)
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels daily according to company standards and make adjustments as needed
- Support other grow team members throughout the grow as needed, including spraying for pest management, supporting colleagues in other grow rooms, or supporting outside of grow rooms
- Timely completion of work per schedule and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and process improvement recommendations
- Ensure accurate plant inventory including strain names per tray and count of plants
- Keep documented logs and notes of room metrics and plant care actions for company records
- Analyze data of current and past harvest cycles to continuously improve our grow processes and standards
- Maintain clean grow rooms and workspaces at all times by regularly sanitizing tools, equipment, and grow rooms to ensure sanitary practices and to keep pests away

- 4 months in the Trim Team + volunteered to work a minimum of 2 shifts at new department
- 6 months in the Task Team + volunteered to work a minimum of 2 shifts at new department
- 12 months in any other positions
- Have received a rating no lower than “meets expectations” on your most recent performance review and must not currently be on a performance improvement plan.
- Were not subjected to a disciplinary action in the past 12 months.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Setting up internal record keeping system for invoices, deposits, and supply management
- Sorting and digitizing backlogged documents and files
- Develop SOPs that the team can follow to achieve transparency and accuracy in record keeping within their day-to-day operations
- Preform weekly audits to ensure accuracy and provide management with weekly reports
- Working with Perfect Harvest’s accountant to ensure accurate books
- Develop process for supply management
- Future Responsibility: Assisting the Head of Operations in building out a compliance program for each client site and key internal controls to monitor and ensure adherence to them

Perfect Harvest is a leading consulting and managed service provider in the cannabis industry that focuses primarily on cannabis cultivators. Perfect Harvest is seeking a driven, detail-oriented individual to fill our recordkeeping role.
Recordkeeping is integral to the success of Perfect Harvest. The record keeper will be responsible for maintaining accuracy and organization of files, in addition to working closely with management and providing them with weekly record reports. There are many opportunities for continued career growth once the foundation is established for this job.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Setting up internal record keeping system for invoices, deposits, and supply management
- Sorting and digitizing backlogged documents and files
- Develop SOPs that the team can follow to achieve transparency and accuracy in record keeping within their day-to-day operations
- Preform weekly audits to ensure accuracy and provide management with weekly reports
- Working with Perfect Harvest’s accountant to ensure accurate books
- Develop process for supply management
- Future Responsibility: Assisting the Head of Operations in building out a compliance program for each client site and key internal controls to monitor and ensure adherence to them

- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping

Our office manager is swamped (me!) We are hoping to find the right person to be added to our tight-knit family and to help eliminate the stress!
We are looking for someone who:
-Can show up on time! and rarely calls out.-Brings positivity to the office daily.-Can multi-task like a boss!-Isn't afraid of change and new challenges.-Proactively anticipates the needs of our management team/packing room.-Can work directly under the manager, but can also take the lead when management is out.
Day to day tasks may include:
-Building orders in the Culivera system/printing stickers for the packing room (daily task)-Pulling 5-gram test samples per tray to send for testing (weekly)-Filing/organizing employee forms as needed-Auditing plants/inventory-Ordering supplies-Input test results in the system
