Job Summary: The Bakery Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the production and development of edible cannabis-infused products. This position requires close attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, recipes and other instructions, must be in a fast-paced dynamic workspace and have the ability to work on a team.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and measures for compliance with state and regulatory laws and regulations.
- Prepare and bake recipes for edibles and other products using a variety of commercial kitchen and production equipment.
- Responsible for utilizing all required processes while maintaining a clean and sterile workplace.
- Assists Executive Chef with product development and creation.
- Work with the team to ensure product integrity through the entire edible production process.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
- Conform with all regulatory, compliance and safety requirements including wearing protective clothing and other equipment as required.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older,
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time,
- Ability to work independently,
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Prior food handling, kitchen, baking or related experience required.
- Possess strong communication skills and can follow directions easily
- Ability to pay high attention to detail and extremely organized,
- Able to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities,
- Must have impeccable personal hygiene.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and maintain positive relationships with all levels of our team.

Job Summary: The Lab Manager will be responsible for operating distillation and extraction equipment. The manager need to work safely to meet production goals, maintain a clean and organized workspace all while meeting quality control standards. This position requires close attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic workspace and the ability to work on a team.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and measures for compliance with state and regulatory laws and regulations.
- Maintain and operate short path and wipe film distillation and extraction equipment
- Responsible for utilizing all required processes while maintaining a clean and sterile workplace.
- Responsible for producing distillate, wax, shatter, diamonds, sauce and crumble products.
- Work with the team to ensure product integrity through the entire extraction process.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
- Conform with all regulatory, compliance and safety requirements including wearing protective clothing and gear when handling hazardous chemicals.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older, and must have;
- 3+ years laboratory experience in the cannabis industry.
- Ability to work independently,
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for an extended period of time,
- Possess strong communication skills and can follow directions easily,
- Proficient with computers, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel,
- Ability to pay high attention to detail and extremely organized,
- Able to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities,
- Must be able to stand on your feet for at least 8 hours a day with constant movement, repetitive hand motion and moving heavy equipment.
- Must have excellent manual dexterity and impeccable personal hygiene.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and maintain positive relationships with all levels of our team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related field preferred.
