Nighthawk Defense Group is currently accepting applications as we have several open positions for Armed Security Officers in Antioch, CA.

Compensation: $21 to $23 per hour

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must possess:

• Valid CA Guard Card

• Valid CA Exposed Firearms Permit

• Valid Chemical and Baton Permit

• Valid CA Driver’s License

• Clean Background

• Drug Free (including cannabis)

• Reliable transportation

• High School Diploma/GED

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to:

• Read and write English

• Talk to residences and their guests in a professional manner

• Talk to the public and trespassers

• Defuse mild situations on property

• Think on their own

• Take direction from supervisors

• Work a smart phone and computers

• Work alone

• Stand/walk around uneven surfaces

• Work Holidays and Weekends, Full time, or Part time
