Company Details: Oklahoma Grow Facility is currently seeking candidates for an exclusive position as Master Grower of a small startup operation.Job Duties
- Manage and maintain all grow protocols.
- Analyze and catalog each individual strain from clone to harvest.
- Implement strong preventative measures against contaminants.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment.
- Follow all Oklahoma laws pertaining to medical cannabis.
Skills/Qualifications
- In depth knowledge of all aspect of cannabis cultivation
- Yield maximization techniques a must (performance pay component).
- Comfortable with technology.
- Horticulture or related degrees a plus with 5+ years experience growing medical cannabis.
- Greenhouse, Horticulture, Agriculture background and experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass all screenings required by the State of Oklahoma
