Full Job Description

We are looking to add an enthusiastic and passionate person to our grow team!

If hired you will be responsible for maintaining a clean work area and completing tasks assigned to you by your manager. These tasks may include but are not limited to: plant maintenance, defoliation/pruning, mixing nutrients, cleaning and resetting rooms, maintenance of tools and equipment, and harvesting.

MUST BE ABLE TO:

• Follow specific directions.
• Sit, stand, or crouch for long periods of time.
• Lift up to 50lbs by yourself; 100lbs with assistance.
• Work 10 hour shifts.
• Work occasional weekends.

MUST HAVE A VAILID MED BADGE BEFORE APPLYING

Experience in growing cannabis is NOT required. We will provide proper training of our operating procedures. This is a great opportunity for people new to the industry, with vast potential to be promoted and grow within the company.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
