SEC. 137. Section 11362.765 of the Health and Safety Code authorizes individual cultivators to cultivate cannabis on behalf of qualified patients and receive reasonable compensation.
The Medical Cannabis Caregivers (MCCDirectory.org), in association with Leafly.com and IMPA, is supporting a Cannabis Farmers Market Venue that enables qualified patients to obtain cannabis products directly from individuals who cultivate cannabis on behalf of qualified patients.

Patients are able to go on-line to review products, services and prices provided by "Individual Cultivators" who cultivate on behalf of Qualified Patients.
A. When the patient selects a product, he/she is asked to schedule an appointment to meet with the cultivator.
B. The MCC notifies the cultivator that the patient is requesting an appointment.
C. The MCC provides space for the Farmers Market Cultivators to meet with Qualified Patients and provide products for reasonable compensation.
D. All transactions are between the individual cultivator and the qualified patient.
E. The cost to participate as a Cultivator is $200 per month until the cultivator has maximum number of patients or elects to terminate services.
D. Cultivators may post up to 5 sample products. The MCC provides the forms and documents the cultivator needs to provide services under SEC. 137. Section 11362.765 of the Health and Safety Code.
To Participate as an Individual Cultivator in the Cannabis Farmers Market
Individual Cultivators, who participate in the Farmers Market, are required to be Members of the Integrative Medical Practitioners Association (IMPA), a nonprofit Association of individual cultivators who are cultivating for qualified patients under SEC. 137. Section 11362.765 of the Health and Safety Code
IMPA sets the standards for product packaging, labeling, testing for contaminants, and verifies that individual cultivators are compliant under SEC. 137. Section 11362.765 of the Health and Safety Code.

The Medical Cannabis Caregivers (MCCDirectory.org) is sponsoring an on-going Cannabis Farmers Market to provide a more affordable source of cannabis for Qualified Patients. The Farmers Market enables Qualified Patients to obtain cannabis directly from individual cannabis cultivators.
Section 137 11362.765 of the California Health and Safety Code (HSC), included in the Medicinal and Adult Use of Cannabis Regulations and Safety Act (MAUCRSA), authorizes individual cultivators to cultivate on behalf of Qualified Patients and receive reasonable compensation.
Local organic cannabis cultivators, who are interested in participating in the Cannabis Farmers Market, are invited to attend a 30-minute Orientation explaining how the Cannabis Farmers Market is set up and operated.
The Orientation is held at the MCC located at 52 N. Mentor Avenue, Pasadena every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00 PM. To attend the Orientation email Liz McDuffie and indicate the date you would like to attend the Orientation.
