POSITION DESCRIPTION
MCP OPCO LLC’s Medical Cannabis Trimmer will work at a fast pace in a high production environment completing all necessary tasks related to the hand trimming and finishing of dried medical cannabis prior to its packaging. This position has strict hourly goals and expectations in terms of quantities of finished products, the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization, and requires high attention to detail.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMust understand that all tasks assigned will include accountability for production focused tasks that will have measurable production goals associated with them to include speed, accuracy, quality of work, and waste generation.
- Participate in all the tasks in the trimming of medical cannabis to include physically trimming by hand excess leaf and stem material off the raw cannabis flower, weighing, bagging, and sanitizing work stations. Must be comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures from 55°-85°
- Must have personal accountability, proactive behaviors, and strong attention to detail
- Responsible for following all standard operating procedures (SOP) operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties
- Complete all daily duties on time and willing to accept additional job duties and responsibilities
- Maintain up to date accurate data logs and a clean and organized work environment
- Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers about daily production output
- Work closely with other team members and managers on daily basis
- Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check
- Submit to a drug screen following procedures set forth in COMAR 17.04.09.04-.08
- Must have reliable transportation
- Highschool diploma or equivalent qualification required
- This position requires an inordinate amount of sitting, walking, kneeling, bending, twisting and reaching in full range of motion to complete physical tasks
- This position requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.
- Must be capable of sitting or standing for extended periods of time, lift objects on a regular basis, and perform daily repetitive tasks.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
MCP OPCO LLC’s Medical Cannabis Transportation Agent will deliver all medical cannabis and dispensary intended merchandise Monday-Friday each week in a company supplied vehicle. Transportation agent will be responsible to safely and securely transporting all packages to their destination while maintaining the highest level of professional behaviors. Transportation Agent will be responsible for collecting payment, communicating payment method, and closing out of daily delivery tasks with an administrator.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct daily visual inspections of medical cannabis transportation vehicle
- Verify accuracy of METRC manifest and load all deliveries according to stop location into vehicle daily
- Follow all safety protocol while on site and abide by over the road safety protocol while on routes
- Unload and deliver all product boxes and abide by customers protocols while on site at their location.
- Collect payments, verify payment method, and communicate to Accounts Receivables Teams
- Operate vehicle in a safe and secure manner
- Must have personal accountability, proactive behaviors, and strong attention to detail
- Responsible for following all standard operating procedures (SOP) operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties
- Complete all daily duties on time and willing to accept additional job duties and responsibilities
- Maintain up to date accurate data petty cash logs and a clean and organized work vehicle
- Maintain vehicle maintenance schedule to include oil changes, tire rotations, brake replacements, etc.

This position is responsible for the defoliation of the live plant, the physical chopping down of the plant, defoliating of the plant at harvest, breakdown of the branches from the stalk, hanging of the branches for drying, and removing the dried plant from the drying chambers to begin their cure process.

- Perform basic maintenance tasks including painting and repair of walls and floors
