Weden is a cannabis service located throughout the state of California. We are looking for a qualified individual to lead the delivery operations and organize and maintain all company fleet vehicles in the most efficient and effective way.
Job Title: Fleet Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations at our Santa Ana location. This includes tracking, maintaining, and organizing the company’s fleet vehicles. Must have a flexible work schedule (Hours of operation are every day from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm).

- Use tracking software to keep up to date inventory records of all company equipment.
- Track warranty and service agreements on all company equipment.
- Work with vendors to ensure maintenance and calibration schedules are met per manufacturer specifications.
- Schedule regular vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict service and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
- Provide technical support as needed.
- Assure standards are met and properly documented.
- Support and consistently meet, or exceed, service goals and objectives in performance, production, and quality.
- Develop a high-performance team by inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives.
- Conduct value-added meetings, regularly, with the Delivery Team to review service levels/performance and obtain feedback.
- Be familiar with all production inventory and driver applications whilst using those applications to actively monitor drivers' performance.
- Manage sales and transactions and complete reporting as required.
- Perform at a high level in the development, planning, and deployment of Delivery Driver related assigned projects.
- Perform operational duties as required.
- Assist with inventory counts twice monthly.
- Mentor and track the performance of delivery employees.
- Identify potential problems and points of friction and work to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue.
- Generate and analyze reports throughout the shift to make appropriate program changes based on goals.
- Weekly meetings with General Manager to provide updates, strategies, and recommend solutions and changes to improve Delivery Team performance.
- Support the Company to achieve its vision and mission, while successfully practicing its core values related to employees, ethics, operational excellence, safety, integrity, and corporate social responsibility.
- Accurately counts cash and tracks all cash transactions.
- This position requires sitting, squatting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must be at least 21 years of age & cleared by the city, state, live scan background.

Salary: $22 per hour

Required Experience - Education and Skills
- 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority, which are essential to a role that juggles a variety of functions and projects.
- Aptitude in problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in: MS Office, and Google Docs/Sheets.
- Knowledgeable in OnFleet and Blaze preferred.
- Ability to relate to all levels of staff and management.
- Tactful, mature, flexible, and people-oriented.
- Proven work history, strong work ethic, and team-player attitude.
- Proven ability to work independently and make good decisions with minimal direction.
- Positive interpersonal skills, maintaining a positive attitude while working with individuals in different departments and in pressured situations.
- Adaptability, able to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly.
- Strong personal and professional judgment.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
