Full Job Description

Licensed mixed-light cultivation, nursery and distribution operation near Auburn, CA looking to hire qualified employees to fill multiple positions. We are looking for driven, reliable, hard working employees.Available Positions:

1. Garden Hands2. Clone Master

Job Summary:Garden Hands are responsible for providing day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, spraying, harvesting and more. Our garden hands are also responsible for maintaining quality control measures to ensure happy, healthy plants as well as organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Must be able to work comfortably outside in California summers. Management position available for a qualified individual.

Clone Masters are responsible for all parts of clone propagation, including mother plant care, taking cuts, plugging/managing rockwool sheets and maintaining the environmental conditionals of the clone room.

Required Experience, Education and Skills:- Experience in the cannabis business and/or gardening preferred but not required- Experience with power tools, irrigation, control systems, and/or construction preferred but not required- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs for extended periods of time.- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing and challenging environment.

Additional Requirements:- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply- Must pass State and Federal Background Checks
