The Law Offices of Barton Morris and the Cannabis Legal Group, located in beautiful offices in Royal Oak, Michigan, are searching for a full-time experienced front desk receptionist/administrative assistant to join our excellent team.
Duties:
Greet and assist all guests with a warm and friendly smile
Handle a multi-line phone system, answer calls, determine purpose of the call and forward to appropriate personnel
Schedule & confirm appointments
Prepare correspondence, open files, support the administrative staff and related tasks
Requirements:
Experience and general understanding of Microsoft Office and Windows OS
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent phone etiquette
Ability to work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines
Maintain a professional and polished appearance
Four years receptionist or administrative assistance experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
