Logistic Associates perform delivery service responsibilities for KindRun, a Delivery Operator Marijuana Establishment with Warehouse and fleet headquartered in Hudson, MA.
All Logistic Associates must be comfortable on the road and responsibly handling a company vehicle, as well as ensuring successful fulfillment of orders through KindRun operating systems. Due of the regulated nature of our products, associates must have an eye for detail and follow delivery procedures thoroughly to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
The Logistics Associate serves as an extension of KindRun’s extraordinary customer service through customer interactions that are compassionate, genuine, and respectful.
This role will report to the Logistics Manager at our direct-to-consumer cannabis delivery distribution center in Hudson, MA.
This position will be for evening and weekend shifts, 1pm-930pm. Ability to cover employee's other shifts strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ability to coordinate and problem solve in a professional manner with customers, vendors, visitors, and team members.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure customer retention with Kindrun.
- Answer inbound communications appropriately and maintain proper communication etiquette. This includes communication through phone, email, and social channels.
- Diligent identification reconciliation throughout an order’s lifecycle.
- Use of technology for e-commerce, POS, logistics and communication
- Ability to follow detailed operating procedures to ensure compliance and customer order accuracy.
- Complete daily checklists and directly maintain appearance of delivery vehicles, daily opening and closing duties.
- Possess general working knowledge of KindRun products.
- Responsible for all inventory reconciliation during and after deliveries.
- Guide clients to appropriate resources including education, menu and customer services.
- KindRun brand ambassadorship, e.g., brand activation and client adoption events and activities, social media content creation.
- Team player with excellent listening, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to partner with the Logistics Manager and KindRun Leadership team and respond to management direction.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Must be 21 years or older and pass any and all required pre-employment screenings
· Eligible for MA Marijuana Establishment Agent registration including ability to pass CORI and National background checks in compliance with 935 CMR 500
· Tech-savvy with experience or ability to learn communication and routing apps
DESIRED SKILLS
· Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Knowledge of the state’s cannabis regulations
· Maintain regular and punctual attendance
· Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
· Team player with excellent listening, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Ability to maintain confidential information
WORKING CONDITIONS
· Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekend and some holidays
· The person in this position may be exposed to dust, kief, cleaning chemicals and fumes. Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure to some degree.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· The person in this position frequently communicates with customers and staff. Must be able to exchange accurate information about product offerings.
· Frequently operates computer/POS system and other standard office equipment such as printers, phones and photocopy machine.
· Constantly moves and transports products/totes up to 50 lbs. throughout the establishment.

Delivery Associates perform driving and service responsibilities for KindRun, a Delivery Operator Marijuana Establishment with Warehouse and fleet headquartered in Hudson, MA. All drivers must be comfortable on the road and responsibly handling a company vehicle. Because of the regulated nature of our products, drivers must have an eye for detail and follow delivery procedures thoroughly to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
Shift availability: Tuesday through Sunday
Second shift: 1 to 9:30 pm
- Schedule: Five (5) shifts per week, standard 8.5 hours per shift. Part-time available.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide best patient/customer experience to all delivery clients
- Must be on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts

Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older and pass any and all required pre-employment screenings
- Must have a clean driving record and MA drivers license: no speeding tickets within the last 2 years, no more than 2 moving violations and one at-fault accident within the last 3 years, and no major traffic citations or incidents in the past 5 years
- Eligible for MA Marijuana Establishment Agent registration including ability to pass CORI and National background checks
- KindRun is a Covid-19-vaccinated company. Employees must furnish proof of a compliant course of an FDA approved vaccine.
