Job Description
Under the direction of the production supervisor, the Tech I will safely assist the Tech II instrument operators. This position will include packaging, labeling, and bottling. Duties will include inspection and production processes with strong attention to product quality. Measurement, counting and weights documentation will be part of the essential duties.
- Ability to work in a safe manner with proper and required personal protective equipment
- Forklift operation – on the job certification provided
- Prepare raw materials for production
- Weigh materials to precise measurements
- Follow guidelines to perform quality checks when needed
- Keep clean work area, storage areas, clean machinery, and maintain a safe work environment
- In organized manner stack and finished product boxes in designated areas
- Assist operators to set up machines and any other necessary tasks to adhere to deadlines and completion of product
- Communicate production issues with the supervisor
- Maintain records accurately
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Cannabis experience is a plus
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to review and understand operator instructions
- Ability to use basic math
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Valid Driver License

The Operations Manager is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and implementation of safe and efficient processes and practices across the organization.
The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, enhancing operational procedure systems, sourcing material/resources, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels of the business, maintaining compliance, and directly managing, mentoring and directing team members.
Responsibilities
- · Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- · Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
- · Forecast requirements; preparing budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
- · Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends

- · Maintain physical access controls to safeguard inventory and assets and ensure proper documentation is completed in the ERP before any physical inventory movement.
- · Ensure ERP system is reconciled on a daily basis with Metrc track and trace system.
Requirements
- · Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role for a minimum of 5 years.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Director must be willing to jump into the field to perform hands-on Sales functions while the team grows and identify areas of growth with a focus on the California market. Complying with the oversight of regulatory provisions requires the ability to determine the origin of cannabis and hemp related products at any point in the distribution chain. The only true way to achieve this is by directly tagging cannabis at its source. The Sales Director will support the brand and cannabis products sold to dispensaries, small and large growers, manufacturers, cultivators, bulk commodity distribution, white label manufacturing, and end users worldwide. Work with local, state and country regulatory agencies to ensure that supply chains are complying. The Sales Director position will be responsible for the growth of the cannabis and help vertical by finding, attracting, and then signing business clients to grow the company's market share in the recreational and medical cannabis industry, as well as setting and then executing the sales strategy, to sell exceptional new clients sales and services.

- Establish sales objectives, forecast and develop annual sales quotas for regions and territories; project sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

- Management of the business lead pipeline which will include both well-known brands as well as new companies in the industry, consistently reporting the status and results to top executives.

- Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes and work with customers and partners to adjust the overall operations. Develop and implement long term revenue goals for overall company budget.
- Implement national sales programs by developing a three year business plan.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establish and adjust sales prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition. Provide strategic insight and guidance to leadership.
- Strategically plan and open new business, while serving as the principal point of contact for key accounts.
- Present market trends and opportunities to 2Social while assisting in the strategic development of product lines.
- Collaborate with 2Social on merchandising and product strategies for eCommerce sales.
- Work cross-functionally to help develop brand positioning, creative strategy and key campaigns that will significantly drive the evolution of the brand, brand voice and brand awareness in the industry from sales perspective.
- Attend all trade shows and major account meetings to ensure brand identity is conveyed to the account properly.
- Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
