Job Summary: The IT Service Desk Coordinator manages the daily schedule for technical staff, interacts with clients to handle any questions, maintains ticketing systems, daily time & expense review, and periodic billing.
Experience and Education:

Depth and Scope:
- Ensure the effective resolution of customer service requests while always maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor Service Desk performance and make recommendations, as necessary, for the continuous improvement of the Service Desk operation.
- Triage of service requests as they arrive through email, manual entry, or phone call.
- Schedule internal and contracted resources on the ConnectWise dispatch portal.
- Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests.
- Monitors ticket response to meet or exceed defined client SLA expectation.
- Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.
- Submits invoicing according to defined schedules.
- Establishes relationships with new clients as part of on-boarding process and kick-off meetings.
- Review survey feedback to improve services, tools, and support experience.

Job Summary: The Technical Analyst provides complete support for end-user computer and networking problems of varying complexity. The job performs build, deployment, restorative or maintenance activities remotely or at user locations employing troubleshooting and technical skills. This particular position will be three days onsite support at client site in Ramsey NJ.
Depth and Scope:
- MUST have 2 - 3 years experience
- Provides technical support for end user inquiries in person, using remote tools or via phone concerning systems operations.
- Configures workstations or servers adhering to defined standards as required.
- Installs hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers at user premise.
- Loads specific software packages, such as OS, Office in managed environment.
- Instructs users in use of PC hardware, software and technology best practices.
- Ensures problem resolution information is updated in ticketing tool.
- Ensures all managed devices are deployed in strict compliance with software copyright laws and escalates issues when conflicts are identified.
- Performs remedial tasks to correct workstation issues based on knowledge of systems.
- Diagnoses PC issues of low complexity.
- Responsible for setting up new users.
- Travels outside the support region to assist in the installation and configuration of equipment for special projects or for other work as requested.
- Responsible for hardware decommissioning and the documentation to ensure inventories are up to date.
- Responsible for Asset Management in area of responsibility and in accordance with processes and tools to manage.
- Escalates major hardware, software or server issues to Technical Analyst II.
- Ensures all documentation is current and posted.
- Able to work flexible hours including late nights and weekends.
- Answer incoming calls to schedule and dispatch tickets and / or appointments for clients.
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians for both remote and onsite work as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License and vehicle for travel.
- Travel may be required in support of client locations.
- 7x24 on-call rotation.
Experience and Education:
- 2-3 years of related IT experience a MUST.
- CompTIA A+ preferred.
- CompTIA Network+ preferred.
- MCSA Windows 10/11 or Windows Server 2019 preferred.
- Microsoft 365 cloud knowledge and experience a plus.
- Knowledge of common PC applications and hardware configurations.
- Knowledge of client server based architecture (Windows, thin client, Virtual, Cloud).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and the ability to load software and configure as requested within Company guidelines.
- Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
- Follows directions well in both written and verbal form.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.

Infoaxis is looking for a Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to make Business to Business (B2B) warm and cold connects to develop business sales-leads for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the services and offerings within the Infoaxis portfolio.
- Perform sales outreach to current and prospective customers to pro-actively source new business opportunity.
- Acquire new accounts through high volume outbound calling and social networking activities.
- Prospect daily to generate customer contacts by phone, email, and social media.
- Qualify new leads and assist with generating new business opportunities.
- Schedule calls for future dates.
- Maintain all customer related data in database or CRM.
- Connect with new prospects by phone, text, email, or social media messaging with the goal of initiating relationships.
- Determine the needs of individual prospect by conducting a thorough needs analysis during conversations.
