Account Executives primarily role is to build a book of business. Hunting for new partnerships through executing proven outbound campaigns. You will be provided training, quality leads, marketing support, and will be assigned a mentor to hone your skills and knowledge as your career develops. As your partner base grows you will gradually transition into the role of developing your best partners into lifetime HempLucid customers.
Who We're Looking For:
Professionals who want to learn, work hard, and build a long-term career. Self-starters with personal discipline, attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills. A solid team member who plays for the team, but still wants to be the MVP. Must have a proven track record of successful inside and/or outside sales.
Job Summary
- HempLucid is a wellness brand focused on the benefits of hemp-derived CBD and other plant medicines. We are a nationally recognized brand with over 7 years in the industry.
- Currently we are expanding our B2B presence and looking for some experienced, hungry, aggressive salespeople to join the team.
- Strong base pay combined with unlimited earning potential and a “no cap” commission structure.
- With a diverse product portfolio HempLucid is able to sell into a wide variety of retail verticals, offering an endless list of potential buyers.

Qualifications
- Outbound phone sales experience
- Proven history of success in previous sales roles
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in managing leads, follow up and closing new business
Work Location:
- Office in Provo by the Riverwoods Shopping Center
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 830-5 with a 30 minute lunch
Education Preferred:
- Bachelor's or equivalent sales experience
Experience Preferred:
- Inbound / Outbound Sales: 2 years (Required)
Responsibilities
- Prospecting potential business partnerships
- Developing relationships with buyers & owners
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email & other prospect lists
- Learn every day! Become proficient in our CRM and sales methods.
- Understand the products we offer and the benefits associated with our wellness line.
Account Executive Compensation:
- Competitive Salary $40k + Commissions
- Residual Commissions
