Position Overview
The PackagingTechnician is responsible for the post-production handling of all manufacturedproducts. Duties performed include the weighing, packaging, and labeling of allproducts from our facilities. The Packaging Technician reports directly to the Inventory & Packaging Manager.
Essential Job Functions
- Weighing, measuring, sorting, labeling, and packagingcannabis products such as edibles, oil cartridges, lotions, roll-ons, topicals,tinctures, capsules, concentrates, flower, and pre-rolls for medical andrecreational sale
- Create and apply labeling inaccordance with product information, testing results, and other requiredinformation
- Maintain forms and database toprecisely record weight, product count, and any relevant issues for allproducts
- Assemble, line, and pad boxes andshipping containers for finished product storage and shipping
- Accurately measure, weigh, andplace/scoop products into containers, using hand tools and equipment
- Thoroughly clean equipment, handtools, containers, materials, supplies, and work areas, using cleaningsolutions in accordance with the relevant SOPs
- Responsible for operating a variety of automatedsorting, batching, and packaging machinery
- Maintaining quality control by visually inspectingcannabis products and packaging to ensure consistency in product standards;ensuring labeling and product counts are accurate
- Inventory of cannabis products upon receipt anddistribution to and from the department
- Assisting in the loading, unloading, and inventory ofcannabis packaging, supplies and materials
- Adhering to production schedules
- Weighing and processing waste material in accordancewith state regulations (105 CRM 725.000) and company policies and procedures
- Cleaning and sanitizing packaging areas
- Preform daily, weekly, and monthlyaudits of packaging supplies when directed by the Inventory & Packaging Manager
- Effectively communicate any issuesor constructive criticism with product packaging directly to Inventory Manager
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)
- Ability to stand for a full, eight-hour shift
- Fine motor skills and ability to use hands and fingers to precisely and accurately fill, package, and label products
- Close visual acuity in order to read fine print on product labels and equipment screens
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma required
- Prior packaging and inventory experience a plus
- Experience using inventory software and Excel a plus
- Must have a strong work ethic and ability to work wellon a team
- Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
- Ability and willingness to work overtime a plus
- Good verbal andwritten skills
- Mustbe able to pass an CCC background check
Preferred Skills/Abilities
- Prior experienceworking within the medical cannabis industry
- Priorexperience working with medical patients
- Highlevel of attention to detail
- Abilityto work independently, accurately, and be flexible
- Hasa motivated team player attitude

Position Overview
The Security Associate works within the Security team in implementing security policies and procedures for the company, providing necessary assistance and support, and maintaining an optimally safe environment for customers/patients, staff and visitors.
Essential Job Functions
- Protect company properties from theft, embezzlement, sabotage, and trespassing
- Observe and report any unlawful activity
- Protect individuals, property, and proprietary information from harm or misappropriation
- Control access to premises by verifying identification including required documentation of registered agents, patients, caregivers, and visitors before granting entry to any company facilities.
- Man assigned post and/or conduct routine foot patrols of company facilities.
- Neutralize situations calmly with tact and common sense
- Watch for safety and fire hazards and other related situations
- Assist and escort patients with special needs as requested including assistance in/out of the building, or vehicles where appropriate.
- Assist the Security Manager with the maintenance and inspection of security related equipment such as surveillance cameras, recording equipment, portable radios, alarms, and perimeter lighting. Must also assist in performing regular system checks as needed.

- Always communicate with sensitivity and respect for customers/patients, staff and visitors
- Maintain clear and open communication with other staff members and management, alerting safety management of any suspicious activity or potential threats
- Ensure company compliance as it pertains to internal, local and state policies regarding security procedures
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards in the workplace; resolve any unsafe conditions in and around company facilities
- Attend Security staff meetings and ongoing training as required
- Oversee the physical receipt of all deliveries to company facilities, including the internal transfer of company cannabis products and cash pickups from armored cars
- perform other duties as assigned by the Security Manager
Requirements
- 21 Years of age or older at the time of hire
- Two years prior experience in security, law enforcement or related field
- One year or more prior experience in customer service
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer operating skills
- Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and written, obey/enforce the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Must be able to pass a state mandated background check
Preferred Skills/Abilities
- Formal training in non-violent communication, conflict de-escalation and/or assertiveness
- Formal training in law enforcement, security, military or self-defense
- Certification in first aid training courses

Position Overview
The Trim Technician isresponsible for all duties related to the harvest, trim and curing/drying ofthe cannabis plants in our facilities. Duties performed include maintaining harvesting equipment,harvesting plants, handling post-harvest plants, andprocessing cannabis waste. The Trim Technician reports directly to theCultivation Manager and Trim Manager.
Essential Job Functions
- Ensure that all trimmingequipment, tools and machinery are functional at all times
- Start-up trimming equipmentat the beginning of each shift and ensure proper closing down at the end of theshift
- Make specificadjustments to trimming equipment to ensure quality control and efficiency oftrimming work
- Be able to hand trim 55 grams per hour, 1 pound per 8 hourshift
- Ensure that work areasare clean and maintained at all times
- Ensure that endproducts conform to quality and quantity standards
- Measure cannabisaccurately so that optimal levels of production are met
- Coordinate effortswith production and cultivation workers to ensure that finished products areloaded safely intothe appropriate areas based on workflows
- Weigh and storefinished products and ensure that all pertinent information is accuratelyrecorded in the appropriate logs
- Create production reportson a daily basis
- Perform other related duties asdirected by the Harvest Manager
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk as needed
- Ability to bend at the waist, kneel, crouch in order to access equipment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Close visual acuity needed for viewing screens and fine print
