Job Summary: Utilize social media marketing tools to create and elevate the brands of GrowersHouse, to include GrowersHouse Holdings, Ventana Plant Science, CannaCribs + Grower's Network, through implementing content strategies to inspire, educate, create conversation and discussion through content distribution and digital engagement
Duties:

Use social media marketing tools to create, elevate and maintain the company's brands, including developing cannabis and non-cannabis side content

Interacting with customers and internal stakeholders to develop the social media marketing campaigns

Analyze the engagement data, identify trends and address weaknesses and implementing strategies for improvement

Set key performance indicators (KPI's) such as targets for number of shares, likes and measure the campaigns performance against the KPI's

Create and Manage the Social Media Strategy and Posting Calendar
-
Coordinate and execute Marketing Calendar with Site + Retail Project Manager to ensure cadence is aligned with overall Marketing Strategy

Engage Influencer Partners for Shared Growth
-
Work with Key Partners on Cross Branding Opportunities
-
Post regularly for each division on key social media platforms, IG, FB, Twitter, LI, YT
-
Post Stories and or Reels regularly for each division (GH/CC/GN/VPS) per week
-
Engage and respond to comments, following the rules of engagement
-
Other duties may be assigned as they may relate to overall department and organizational goals.
