Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

Job Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in managing and executing the promotion and positioning of the corporate and product brand strategies as well as product campaigns and tactics. These responsibilities also include tracking and analyzing the performance of campaigns, managing the marketing budget created by the Product Marketing Manager and ensuring that all marketing material are in line with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing market trends & represent the voice of the customer
- Assist in creating content and messaging to support product launches, emails, newsletters, and campaigns
- Manage salesforce marketing CRM strategies in alignment with the overall marketing strategy for the brand and products
- Manage and execute campaign tactics to grow sales and build brand awareness
- Assist in managing the marketing department's budget
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management
- Promoting our brand and products at tradeshows and major industry-related events
- Keeping informed of emerging marketing trends, technology, and salesforce automation capabilities
Soft Skills
Ability to communicate ideas, expectations, and requests clearly and effectively. You should excel in both organizational and interpersonal communication, which means you must be able to share information in both large groups and one-on-one conversations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or similar; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in food and beverage, agriculture, cannabis, hemp, home & garden or pharma
- Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding best practices
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities

Production Technician
Location: Growcentia HQ - 500 East Vine Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80524
Position Type: Full time – Temporary
BASIC FUNCTION
Growcentia is a Colorado-based company developing sustainable microbe-based plant growth stimulants and biocontrol agents that enable growers and farmers to sustainably maximize plant health, quality and yield in Cannabis and Hemp as well as across other crops whether grown in greenhouses, hydroponically, vertically or in the open field.
The Production Technician will work within Growcentia’s Manufacturing department and report to the Production Team Lead. He/She will be accountable for the manufacturing of Growcentia’s products in accordance with the master production schedule, and all tasks related to such operations. Additionally, the incumbent may be called on to assist in other product manufacturing-related duties, as needed. The candidate should be self-motivated, self-disciplined, have a strong work ethic, able to meet tight deadlines in a fast pace organization. A pioneering attitude is highly desirable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Ensures all work is done in a safe manner consistent with company, local, state, federal and health, safety and environmental regulations and procedures. Promote a culture of safety, assuring that all staff perform their job duties with safety being top priority.
- Ensure manufacturing equipment is fully operational and optimized for complex productions, manage equipment performance and reliability, and provide technical support in the areas of bacterial fermentation and aseptic fill-finish.
- Maintain all production equipment in proper working order and perform regular preventative maintenance.
- Write and review manufacturing specific documents: including SOP’s, batch records, equipment validations, change controls, and technical reports.
- Under Production Team Lead supervision, implement and resolve manufacturing related deviations, corrective/preventative actions, and change requests.
- Provide hands on troubleshooting on procedures and equipment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a HACCP plan.
- Ensure that materials are handled and used appropriately to avoid waste.
- Assist in the monitoring of inventory of all raw materials associated with the manufacturing of all Growcentia products.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge and experience performing basic manufacturing tasks
- Familiar with handling corrosive and potentially hazardous chemicals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite applications
- Driven and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently or in a group in a fast pace environment
- Creativity in solving problems or revising current practices
- Excellent communication and conflict mitigation skills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- BA/BS in Fermentation Science and Technology preferred
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment and practices
WORK ENVIRONMENT - PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Majority of job duties take place in a manufacturing setting. The workspace is heated and air conditioned. Work environment is subjected to noise from manufacturing equipment. While few job duties are hazardous or strenuous, many times the work is performed under pressure when there is a heavy flow of incoming work or activity, or under stress of deadlines.
