Collaborate with key players to ensure projects receive the resources and attention necessary to be successful. Graphic Designs that generate complete imagery to relay a message that pleases the eye of the viewer. Ability of production in multiple media formats. Editing and creating illustrations using illustrations software, building multi-layer compositions digitally or by hand, creating final artwork with lettering suitable for advertising and editing photographic images to suit the company's needs. Creative skills and talent to create artwork for advertising and marketing, including novel packaging ideas for new product development. Competence to understand the business and marketing strategies while following Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission and Grow West regulations. Professional correspondence and communication internally to sustain marketing campaigns on track. Knowledge to align digital marketing to business and marketing goals and objectives. Proficiency to prepare communication and professional feedback in response to inquiries on all sites, as necessary. Research knowledge to monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to management. Work with staff to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks. Ability to follow the written COMAR and company SOP regulations as they relate to marketing and social media. All other duties and special projects as assigned.

People and customer service skills, and inherently social to make connections. Agility to quickly pivot and react. Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Creative while meeting deadlines. Must be skilled in Microsoft office suite, graphic design, adobe suite, photography, and digital marketing technology.

Grow West MD, LLC is a family owned and operated medical cannabis pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in Cumberland, MD. We are hiring a Graphic Design and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Assist in strategizing marketing for Grow West brand and company image. This includes event marketing and branding. Ability to provide creative materials and excellent visual communications for content development and assist with data verification and advertising placement. Collaborate with key players to ensure projects receive the resources and attention necessary to be successful. Graphic Designs that generate complete imagery to relay a message that pleases the eye of the viewer. Ability of production in multiple media formats. Editing and creating illustrations using illustrations software, building multi-layer compositions digitally or by hand, creating final artwork with lettering suitable for advertising and editing photographic images to suit the company's needs. Creative skills and talent to create artwork for advertising and marketing, including novel packaging ideas for new product development. Competence to understand the business and marketing strategies while following Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission and Grow West regulations. Professional correspondence and communication internally to sustain marketing campaigns on track. Knowledge to align digital marketing to business and marketing goals and objectives. Proficiency to prepare communication and professional feedback in response to inquiries on all sites, as necessary. Research knowledge to monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to management. Work with staff to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks. Ability to follow the written COMAR and company SOP regulations as they relate to marketing and social media. All other duties and special projects as assigned.
