Job Description

We are Retail Marijuana Cultivation company and we are seeking full-time, reliable, hard-working farmhands to assist with field prep and maintenance, planting and plant care, harvesting, and general labor. Tasks are often repetitive and entail strenuous physical work in all types of weather.

• Perform all the tasks at the farm including: cleaning, cloning, transplanting, defoliation, topping, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal.
• Assisting with cannabis plants, giving each individual plant the attention it needs one at a time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• knowledge of soil growing methods including micronutrients, beneficial bacteria
• knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options
• Facility maintenance
• Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor required management of the farm.
• Bi-Lingual is a plus
• Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail.
• You are trustworthy and hard working

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
