Our company is currently seeking an individual to fill a Customer Service Associate / Cashier/ Delivery driver position. Candidates will be trained in all aspects of the business, including but not limited to: Customer Service, Cash Handling, Inventory Management. The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with sales assistance.
- Meet customer needs and assist with purchases.
- Demonstrate knowledge of store policies and procedures.
- Follow sales techniques and adhere to time limits.
- Answer questions and help guide shoppers toward merchandise.
- Provide accurate change and speak courteously to customers.
- Inform customers of special promotions and sales.
- Answer questions about products, product availability, sales, or other store information.
- Examine products for damage or price changes.
- Verify prices and quantities on shelf tags.
- Ensure that the cash registers are totaling correctly.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Answer telephone calls in a timely manner.
MUST BE OVER 21 AND HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
( NO TICKETS OR ACCIDENTS ON RECORD)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
