Location: West Lancaster.

Job Duties:

• Manage and maintain grow house protocols with a small team of highly effective employees.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment.
• Follow the directions of the Master Grower and management to maintain plant health.
• Harvesting
• All other CBD Cultivation related duties as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Comfortable with technology.
• Greenhouse, Horticulture, Agriculture background and experience preferred but NOT required.
• Large scale or industrial cultivation a plus.

Pay: $15/hour

Seasonal Work15-20 hours a week or as needed8am- 4pm Monday-Saturdays, hours may vary.

Part Time to Full Time Work20-35 hours per week.8am- 4pm Monday-Saturdays, hours may vary.Full Time employees will have the opportunity for bonuses, medical, and Stock/401k options.
