The God’s Flower group incorporates a property company, a hemp CBD company, and will expand into the adult use marijuana market in 2022. The business is currently focused on Hemp and CBD cultivation, processing, and manufacturing in its Hemp Farms of New York operation, working with private and white label clients, as well as on its own product line for wholesale, and direct to consumer in retail and online.

We are seeking for an experienced bookkeeper with good office management and administrative skills. Successful candidate must posses deep understanding of accounting principles and high attention to detail and confidentiality. Comfortable dealing with large volumes of complex data and experienced working in a fast paced environment.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Accounting knowledge (accrual & cash based)
- Understanding industry benchmarks in accounting best practices
- Knowledge of IFRS, U.S. GAAP & other industry standard frameworks
- Expert in Quickbooks & Microsoft Office Excel
- Bachelor Degree / CPA Certification
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishing accounts, data entry
- Assist in financial activities such as running payroll and generating invoices
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions by posting & verifying
- Reconciling entries to balance subsidiary accounts, maintaining subsidiary accounts by posting, verifying and allocating transactions
- Maintaining balanced general ledger
- Preparing trial balance for the accountants
- Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing accounting for information
- Monitoring for variances from the projected budgets
- Ensuring and advising on compliance needs with federal, state and local legal requirements
- Defining book keeping polices & procedures and developing operational standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Our organization needs a Security Officer that will control the entrance and exit of the facility. As a Security Officer, you are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, both externally and internally. You will be the first point of contact for customers and employees who have questions or concerns. You will also help identify potential risks and correct them in a timely manner. As a security professional, you will be responsible for vehicle tracking (in/out), as well as directing deliveries. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring access to secure areas during working hours, ensuring that all entry procedures are followed correctly and acting as an interface between the business and security teams during after-hours times, in case of emergency situations or unusual events that require immediate action.
Work schedule with one hour paid break:
Wednesday, 8am-8pm
Thursday, 8am-2pm
Friday, 8am-8pm
On call as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to unusual activity or suspicious circumstances (trespassing, theft, harassment etc.).
- Enforce company and client rules and regulations and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Monitor, investigate and review camera footage; maintain surveillance equipment; and conduct other security related tasks .
- Provide assistance to company personnel in the retail store, acting as a liason with customers.
- Ensure that all necessary security clearances are obtained for employees, contractors and visitors.
- Manage security control points such as parking lots and visitor centers.
- Perform routine patrols of office and surrounding areas to check for any breaches in security.
- Manage communications equipment (e.g. walkie talkies, radios etc.).
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety policies.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
- Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
- Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
- Must be able to work while being exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions.

cGMP Laboratory Assistant

ROLE SUMMARY
God’s Flower is seeking a cGMP Lab Assistant preferably with experience working in the lab environment in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, or cannabis industries to assist Head of Lab with daily operations of manufacturing of hemp and cannabis products. Under supervision of Head of Lab, Laboratory Assistant will perform all necessary daily tasks assisting in formulation, filling, labeling, storing etc. activities conforming to strict established cGMP Laboratory SOPs for manufacturing and production of finished goods that are patient safe, high quality, and effective dry bud, medicinal cannabis oils and other related products for ingestion, inhalation, or topical application.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Head of Laboratory in formulating, filling, labeling, ordering, storing and other daily tasks.
- Ensuring all products are produced in a safe environment for our employees while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry.
- Ensuring all products are safe and effective for patient use. Assist in developing and enforcing proper product and work-in-process tracking, movement, product security and compliance with FDA, OSHA regulations, and applicable laboratory procedures.
- Assisting as needed in creating SOPs, documentation licensing and keeping certifications updated.
- Use manufacturing & production software systems, reporting systems, train other/new team members on lab protocols & SOP’s.
- Work closely with the Head of Lab and Head of Production to implement best practices, drive continuous improvement and ensure SOPs are followed in daily production processes.
- Regularly report to the Head of Lab &/or owners with required data & production schedules..
- Actively participate in driving efficiency improvement initiatives in production, labeling, packaging, and warehousing.
- Work closely with company dispensaries and the wholesale sales team to manage product supply, the operations, and our supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products.
