Job Summary
We run the largest Cannabis Accessory marketplace and are looking for an aggressive sales representative to help build our brand through customer acquisition, and more. This position will give you hands-on experience in sales, e-commerce, marketing, account management, and retail software.
We are looking for a rock star who wants to support new and existing clients.
The Sales Representative is responsible for unlocking new markets via calls, in-person, trade show and email marketing efforts.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build lead lists for clients based on products available in the marketplace
- Utilize a CRM to track leads across the sales funnel
- Contact Leads through any means necessary including, but not limited to: Call, Email, In-person, trade show events
- Establish strong, collaborative relationships internally to effectively and efficiently facilitate client programs of work
- Be an F13 advocate, managing work as efficiently as possible to enhance profitability
- Obtain client approval/signature on estimates authorizing work
- Work with Analytics to deliver campaign reporting dashboards and companion documents to client in accordance with reporting schedule
- Develop and maintain client status reports and project management tracking documents
- Schedule collaborative meetings between internal teams to evaluate campaign performance for future client communication and planning
- Coordinate and participate in meetings/presentations with clients and F13 staff
- Develop brief conference reports recapping key decisions and action items after internal and external meetings
- Proof/QA creative development for content, proper length/units, accuracy and spelling; proof media presentations and documents for content, calculation accuracy and spelling
- Manage client feedback, revisions and approvals through appropriate channels
- Manage client billing and budget recaps with careful diligence; review budget tracking for accuracy
- Manage general account administration tasks

Qualifications and Skills
Required:
High School Diploma
Proficient experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
