The Regulated Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining all regulated inventory within production, communicating sales priorities for packaging, and maintaining all sales inventory through existing SaaS platforms. The Regulated Inventory Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations for internal inventory performance and to the Sales Director for sales inventory performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate special orders and requests through internal liaising
- Audit invoice and manifest for alignment and issue transaction invoices
- Audit and maintain SaaS platform inventory, updating with new inventory as it becomes available and adjusting pricing as prescribed by the Sales Director
- Create all harvest batch packages after weights are recorded
- Create all fresh frozen packages for transfer to lab or sale
- Communicate with harvest all fresh frozen orders to be cut
- Analyze inventory levels and communicate production and packaging priority with Production Manager and Lab Director for execution
- Create all lab testing tags and submit them in TagLeaf and METRC
- Assist testing lab in the sampling of orders
- Audit all ERP and METRC transactions for accuracy
- Assist all departments with inventory cycle counts
- Manage all SaaS platform integrations and implementations
- Ensure all product is probably tagged with RFID METRC tags
- Maintain an adequate supply of all METRC plant and package tags
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- AA or BA in Business Administration preferred
- Previous Sales Administrator or adjacent experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Office Suite, Google Suite, Leaf Link, METRC
- Advanced understanding of administrative recordkeeping
- Familiarity with sales data and reports
- Advanced understanding of cannabis production and workflow
- Advanced understanding of lab procedures and processes
- Exceptional organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
