Job Duties
- Maintain a great attitude with a client experience focus
- Accurately evaluate client needs based on articulate investigation
- Assess client exposure to marijuana to ensure appropriate dosage recommendations
- Educate clients on all cannabis related products and accessories
- Guidance for clients to select specific strains of marijuana suited for a client’s specific needs
- Uphold company values of honesty and integrity – The client’s needs come before our own
- Follow every company process related to the client experience
- Greet every customer as they enter and on exit
- Accountable for quantifiable metrics in job performance
- Show up on time, every time with a positive attitude
- Continual education on every product carried
- Authority to make judgement calls in resolving client issues
- Additional duties in store operations will be assigned with each shift
- Maintain a personal cash drawer
- Maintain accountability for all cannabis products during the assigned shift
- Ability to work nights and weekends

Education:
- High school or equivalent
Experience:
- Experience in a smoke shop or in the cannabis industry (Highly Preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (Highly Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)

Pay frequency:
- Weekly, paid on Fridays

- Sunday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Friday – Saturday: 10:00AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday – Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Friday – Saturday: 4:00 PM – Midnight
