Responsibilities:
We need a company builder with extensive experience growing and scaling startups that is comfortable with being the face of CannaWorkz. This is a high visibility role, where you must understand in detail startups strategic finance and operational needs (cash burn management, forecasting, KPI, investor materials preparation, growth strategies etc.) and play a pivotal role in crafting our growth and operational strategies. During our early stages you will work very closely with the executive team at Digital Zomads in the pursuit of funding while directing operations for your sales, marketing, engineering, and support teams to push for maximum growth and profits for the company.
- FUNDRAISING, OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT, AND STRATEGY: 90%
- Develop and execute campaigns to target appropriate institutional investors
- Manage and negotiate multi-million dollar partnerships
- Help developing pricing strategy based on what resonates with customers during sales conversations
- Develop compelling product narratives based on tangible data insights
- Leverage key metrics to optimize and scale partner performance in a cost-efficient manner
- Analyze and present on market trends, competitive behavior, shareholder concerns, and other factors that may impact the business
- Preempt partner needs; manage business development roadmaps internally to add uniqueness, innovation, marketing and Bl tools instrumental to companies’ success
Skills:
- Experience raising minimum $5M funding
- Experience Founding or Co-Founding multiple companies
- Experience with rapid growth models with global delivery capabilities
- Experience with acquisitions and exits
- Investment, Venture Capitalist

What you need to succeed:
- Passionate entrepreneur, have strong business instincts, ability to identify attractive growth opportunities
- Deep understanding of startup models in all stages (Pre-Seed, Seed, Early, Growth, Expansion, Exit)
- Deep understanding of SEC laws and regulations, as well as filing requirements
- Knowledge of investment trends and advisor practices
- Large network of startup supporting companies and individuals
- Strong familiarity with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
- Strong operational background with proven success
