We are a leading California-based, vertically-integrated cannabis company that serves hundreds of thousands of clients annually through its retail dispensaries, cannabis cultivation facilities and wholesale distribution network. Our goal is to continue building our geographic reach in the largest cannabis market in the United States while striving to offer the best customer experience in each local geography we serve. To help us achieve our strategic vision, we are seeking the ideal candidate for our Director of Operations position.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage all of the company's internal operations and spearhead the implementation of process and new systems to improve cross departmental efficiencies
- Work closely with Product & Sales departments to bridge any gaps and improve on processes and efficiencies
- Liaise with Supply Chain team & Sales to ensure timely delivery of product orders and samples to customers
- Work with Finance & Supply Chain to speed up the release of shipments and orders for customers
- Work closely with Executive Team & Senior Leadership to provide strategic direction on business operations
- Scrutinize the company's back-office processes and find ways to improve efficiencies
- Consistently strive to improve company performance by eliminating operational bottlenecks
- Support Retail Sales operations as needed
- Identify opportunities for improvements to existing sales and operations process to ensure team members can effectively execute
- Other duties as assigned
- Some travel may be required
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Ten+ years in a professional environment working in operations
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Experience in process creation & implementation
- 2-3 years cannabis industry experience
- Experience working with CRM/ERP software and other technology platforms
- Demonstrate leadership qualities
- Project management and vendor relationship management skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
