cPort Credit Union is currently accepting applications for a full-time Business Banking Analyst. The Business Banking Analyst position provides support with assisting the credit union in achieving its mission and goals within the business banking department.

Essential Duties

• Manage business banking membership and loan inquiries. Directly communicate with each member and assist them through the process of membership opening and loan applications.
• Manage and report on the cPort Commercial loan portfolio. Guarantee all loan documentation requirements are completed as necessary.
• Provide a high level of customer service and support for business banking members.
• Manage, support, and expand the cPort Business Banking digital banking offerings and assist members with the implementation and use of these tools.
• Assist as necessary with the support and management of our cannabis banking member portfolio.
• Small Business sales and account management through the establishment of new business memberships and actively maintaining current relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated member service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Location
This position will be located in Portland.
Requirements

• College degree or completed college coursework preferred

Essential Duties

• Member support for cPort cannabis business banking members.
• Front-line support for the NEW software system, Shield Compliance Assure, designed specifically to support the regulatory monitoring and reconciliation of cannabis accounts.
• General/Primary cannabis member support for Shield Compliance Assure
• Onboard new members to Assure, including client training, the collection of API keys, and accounting integration.
• Member outreach to gain compliance with diligence items (state licenses, etc.,) and other requests for information.
• Collection and review of ongoing due diligence requirements.
• Work closely with outsourced customer support assistance program, Shield Force.
• Identify growth opportunities within the cannabis banking environment to improve services and product offerings to cannabis members.
• Assist with the cannabis Smart Safe, ATM and Cash Transit programs.
• Support frequently utilized cannabis eBanking capabilities, including Business ACH.
