Eastern/Western Washington Account Manager
A Spokane based cannabis producer & processor is seeking two individuals to manage our eastern & western Washington region. Candidates need to have a track record of building and maintaining relationships. Applicants should have a desire to serve our retail partners and customers. Cannabis knowledge and B2B sales experience are a must. Motivated, self - starters with high energy, excellent verbal and non verbal communication, CRM software and networking skills are encouraged to apply. This position requires a lot of travel, remote working and time management. We provide paid training, salary plus commission and bonus opportunities.
- Commitment to ongoing improvement of the Customer Experience.
- Manage existing retail partner relationships and develop new retail partners in the eastern & Western Washington region approximately 200 stores.
- Monitor in store inventory levels to ensure partners stay thoroughly stocked
- Work with retail partners to identify and clear out aging/expired inventory
- Work with retail partners to optimize shelf space and product placement
- Report pricing and trend information to operations manager
- Regularly update and enter data into CRM, update and maintain region’s database
- Build orders using traceability system (Training will be given if needed)
- Report regional and individual store sales on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Routinely communicate with buyers and inventory managers at every retail partner location
- Report performance analytics and sales forecasting
- Event, conference, and trade show planning, including logistics and management.
- Professional representation of the company at industry events
- Efficient with marketing and advertising through social media platforms
- Conduct Budtender / Buyer presentations and creation of supporting educational materials
- Establishment and maintenance of effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Daily communication with order fulfillment manager and delivery drivers
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to drive / travel long distances often
- Must be able to attend industry events on occasional nights / weekends
- Follow all WA LCB i502 laws and guidelines to stay if full compliance at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
