We are a national distributor of cannabis packaging supplies and machine equipment that works with small and large farms, dispensaries, and brands all across the United States and Canada on their pre-rolls, packaging, and machinery. From helping small farms brand and launch their first product, to established brands scaling and expanding states, to even partnering with celebrity brands on unique products.

As our Inbound Sales Manager, your role is to help generate new business through our pipeline of inbound opportunities by helping our customers understand the value of our products/services and then handing off the lead to the appropriate member of our sales team. You will leverage excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and business acumen to build relationships with leads. You will partner closely with the sales team to identify opportunities that otherwise would be left undiscovered.
IN-OFFICE ONLY - TACOMA/FIFEWhat will you be doing?
- Become an expert on all our products and services. Hold yourself accountable to become aware of all the ins and outs of our products/services, down to the technical details.
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience for all prospects and customers.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value proposition to customers.
- Quickly identify, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads (RFQs, demo requests, chat, main line) via phone and email.
- Document all interactions and findings with leads in our CRM, and create a seamless handoff process to the sales team.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to iterate on strategy, optimize lead flow, and improve lead quality.
- Provide additional sales team support on an ad hoc/as-needed basis.
What skills and experience do you need?
- 2-3 years in an inbound sales or business development role
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- Results-driven, with consistent overachievement in past experiences
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated familiarity or strong passion for the cannabis industry
- CRM experience
- Empathy, active listening skills, and a unique ability to uncover customer needs
- A great attitude, competitive spirit, and love for teamwork
- A “roll-up the sleeves” mentality
- Strong bias to action, adaptability(fast-paced environment)
