Job Title: Cultivation Technician
Reports to: Head Grower
Job Overview:
This position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of CGFR Group Inc's cultivation operation from seed to harvest.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination of all grow operations including: Daily Activities, Quality Assurance, Manicuring, Cloning, Growth Regulation, Pest Management, and Harvesting as well as assuring compliance with local, state, and federal licensing requirements.
- Provide accurately completed logs of new clones, new veg plants, transplanted plants and harvest sheets to Metrc Administrator the day the task is completed.
- Housekeeping; remove excess plant material, water and trash from all flower rooms.
- Mixing nutrients and fine-tuning PH of solutions.
- Staking, trellising, pruning, and de-fanning plants.
- Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift, as well as information sharing.
- Maintain open communication with head grower and other co-workers.
- Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
Job Specifications:
- Knowledge and adherence to the policies, procedures and goals of CGFR Group, Inc.
- Take ownership and personal responsibility for the quality and productivity of work.
- Basic math skills.
- Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work independently throughout a workday with given directives.
- Ability to work well in a Team Oriented Environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Colorado driver’s license or State ID card.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must obtain and retain a state-issued MED badge.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of cultivation experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform lifting, walking, standing and repetitive motions.
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: VERY LABOR INTENSIVE. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance), may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
